N - Nurture mind and body - Feed both well and they will serve you well!

D - Desire a healthy mind in a healthy body!

B - Balanced mind and body - To strive for!

O - As one - They are synergistic and more than their sum.

D - Dedicate yourself to a healthy mind in a healthy body!

Y - You are what you eat in both body and mind!
